Pretty Melts sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped.

• After your payment is confirmed, we email the download and web-access links to the email address you entered, usually within a few minutes and always within 24 hours.
• If you don't see the email, check your spam or promotions folder, then write to hello@prettymelts.com with your order ID and we will resend it.
• Lost the email later? Get a fresh link any time on Resend my download. Download links work for 30 days.
• The PDF is yours to keep for personal use.
