Is it a video course?

No. It's a step-by-step PDF you read on your phone or print, so you can follow it right at the kitchen counter.

What language is it in?

English.

Are moulds or ingredients included?

No physical items are sent. The course lists what to buy, where, and roughly what it costs.

I've never made anything like this. Can I do it?
